Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account. Runbase is currently in alpha: features may change, break, or be removed.

• You keep ownership of the workflows, prompts and files you create and upload.
• You grant us a license to host, process, display and distribute that content as needed to operate Runbase, including showing published workflows and profiles publicly.
• You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload, including reference images.
• We may remove content or accounts that violate these terms or the law.

Outputs are generated by third-party AI models and may be inaccurate, biased, or similar to outputs given to others. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on or publishing them. Runbase makes no warranty that outputs are original, accurate, or fit for any purpose, and outputs are not legal, financial, medical or professional advice.

Generated images are typically retained by our image provider for about 30 days. Download anything you want to keep.

• No illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing, or sexually exploitative content.
• No malware, scraping, reverse engineering, or attempts to bypass security, rate limits or spend caps.
• No impersonation of others or misrepresenting the origin of a workflow.
• No resale of raw model access or use of Runbase to build a competing model-access reseller.

Running workflows consumes usage-based credits. You may be required to add a verified payment method and you can set a spend cap. Charges reflect metered provider costs plus any applicable fees, are billed in USD, and are non-refundable except where required by law. Creator subscriptions and payouts are not yet enabled and are described as coming soon.

If you publish workflows, you represent that you have the rights to do so and that your workflow descriptions are not misleading. Access to monetization features is granted manually during alpha and may be revoked.

You can stop using Runbase and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for other users. Sections that by nature should survive termination will survive.

Runbase is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Runbase will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of USD $100 or the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. You may also bring qualifying claims in small claims court.

We may update these terms. If changes are material, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use Runbase after changes means you accept them.
